Return and exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused (unworn, unwashed), like new and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the label.
-Ear earrings (for hygienic reasons)
- Any item which is not in original condition, which is damaged or missing part which is not our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if appropriate).
We do not make any refunds.
Special or promotional items
Only regular-priced items are exchangeable, we do not exchange products that were on promotion.
We only exchange items with the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com and send your item to 405-C, Notre-Dame, Repentigny, J6A 2T2, Quebec, Canada
To return your product, you must ship it to 405-C, Notre-Dame, Repentigny, QC, J6A 2T2. You must pay the return shipping cost as well as the cost of the 2nd delivery.
If you are returning an item valued at $ 75 or more, consider purchasing insurance as we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost or stolen. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, don't hesitate to write or call us, we'll be happy to find a solution!
